- 10 pieces Green Beans (Baguio Beans)
- 1 small Cabbage, leaves separated
- 1 corn, cut into 3 parts
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Black peppercorns
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Onion leeks, chopped
- water
Instructions to make to make Bulalo Special
- In a large pot over medium heat, bring enough water to cover meat. Add beef shanks and bring to a boil.
